Work flow charts, job descriptions, and general duty delegation analysis can make an office ten times more efficient. Productivity reports can help organize and motivate. Having a manual to assure all employees are doing the work the same way at the same quality can make the ultimate difference in the end product. We offer Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals (PTABOA) training. Making sure the Board is aware of the duties that go with the appointment as well as the understanding their decisions are not to be based on benevolence is very important.

We can train, assist or complete the delineation of neighborhood boundaries. These being correctly established is the catalyst of having equitable assessments. We will also help in establishing factors and deeper analysis when necessary.
